Our Story

Oak Ridge Counseling & Consulting is a private practice therapy group. We are a group of experienced therapists trained in various methods to guide you in achieving mental wellness in a way that works best for you. We cover all of Northeast Wisconsin with seven office locations. We offer in-person and Telehealth sessions.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all

Mental Health Therapy Session

Embrace life's challenges by processing feelings, behaviors, thoughts, and experiences. The goal is to to learn to cope, regulate emotions and reactions, improve skills, and understand experiences.

Trauma Therapy Session

Get the most out of healing by processing traumatic experiences, managing symptoms, and developing coping strategies. The goal is to heal, reduce distress, and build a path forward.

Experiential Therapy Session

Therapy doesn't always fit in four walls and processing isn't always done through talk therapy alone. Using animals, nature, art, and more, the goal is to access, understand, and process emotions that may be difficult to articulate.
